Terms And Conditions
Terms & Conditions
Reefphyto Ltd
1. General
By placing an order with Reefphyto Ltd (“Reefphyto”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms take precedence over any terms proposed by the customer.
Please do not proceed with your purchase unless you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions in full.
Payment is taken in full at the time of order. Goods will not be dispatched until payment has been received and cleared.
We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of information on our website. However, we are not liable for losses arising from typographical errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information.
All prices are subject to change without notice.
Reefphyto Ltd reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will apply to future transactions only.
2. Dispatch & Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within one working day, subject to stock availability.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for courier delays outside of our control. Where delivery exceeds a reasonable timeframe, customers should contact us so we can investigate with the courier.
“Working days” are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
3. Delivery Address Policy
Forwarding, Virtual Mailboxes & Third-Party Addresses
We do not ship orders to parcel forwarding services, virtual mailbox addresses, freight forwarders, or any address that results in onward national or international forwarding.
Due to the nature of our products, including live and perishable goods, we must retain control over delivery time, handling, and conditions. Once a parcel enters a forwarding or third-party handling chain, this control is lost.
From experience, forwarding companies may inspect parcels and refuse to ship items containing liquids or live foods. Parcels may be delayed, returned, or disposed of at the forwarding company’s discretion. During such delays, live goods commonly perish.
Reefphyto Ltd accepts no liability for loss, spoilage, delays, additional costs, or customs issues arising from the use of forwarding or third-party services.
Orders placed using forwarding or third-party addresses may be cancelled at our discretion and refunded prior to dispatch.
By placing an order, the customer confirms that the delivery address provided is a direct UK residential or business address and not a forwarding or virtual mailbox service.
4. European Orders
All customs duties, taxes, and charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Orders held, delayed, or returned due to unpaid customs charges will not be refunded.
Live arrival is not guaranteed for European deliveries due to variable transit times, customs processing, and handling conditions.
Reefphyto Ltd is not responsible for delays, damage, or losses caused by customs inspections or border controls.
European orders must be shipped directly to the destination country and not via forwarding or third-party services.
5. Live Food – Dead on Arrival (DOA) (UK Customers)
DOA claims must be reported on the day of delivery.
Clear photographic and video evidence of the unopened packaging is required.
If evidence cannot be provided, we may request the item to be returned at the customer’s expense within 24 hours.
Claims submitted outside these conditions will not be accepted.
If a delivery attempt fails due to customer unavailability, missed delivery, redirection, or address issues and live or perishable goods perish as a result, no refund or replacement will be issued.
6. Frozen Goods
Frozen goods are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Partial thawing during transit does not affect product quality provided the item is refrozen immediately upon delivery.
7. Subscriptions
Product prices and shipping costs may change and will be automatically applied to active subscriptions without notice.
Prepaid subscriptions (including but not limited to Mandarin packs) are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
8. Pricing
All prices are listed in GBP (£ Sterling).
We reserve the right to change prices and accepted payment methods at any time.
Payments are non-refundable once goods have been delivered, except where required under statutory consumer rights or where goods are faulty.
9. Payment, Cancellations & Refund Deductions
Prices shown on the website are current at the time of order acceptance.
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.
Where an order is cancelled before dispatch, or items are returned because they are no longer required by the customer, third-party payment processing fees incurred at the time of purchase may be deducted from any refund.
Shipping charges are non-refundable for items returned because they are no longer required by the customer, including the original delivery charge and any return shipping costs.
No deductions (including payment processing fees or shipping costs) will be made where a refund is required due to faulty, incorrect, or misdescribed goods, or where required under statutory consumer rights.
10. Returns
Returns are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.
All returns must be authorised before being sent back.
Unwanted items may be returned within 7 days of delivery, subject to being unused, in resalable condition, and in original packaging. A handling fee may apply.
11. Liability
Reefphyto Ltd is not liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website, electronic communications, or delivery services.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any rights a consumer may have under applicable UK law.
Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the goods purchased.
12. Disclaimers & Site Content
