Terms & Conditions

General

By placing an order with Reefphyto Ltd (“Reefphyto”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to the following terms and conditions, which take precedence over any terms proposed by the customer.

  • Do not proceed with your purchase until you have read and accepted these terms and conditions.
  • Payment is taken in full at the time of order. Goods will not be shipped until payment is received in full.
  • We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of our website. However, we are not liable for any losses resulting from errors or outdated information.
  • All prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Reefphyto Ltd reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time for future transactions.
  • We aim to dispatch goods within one working day, subject to stock availability. We are not liable for delays unless delivery exceeds 14 working days.

European Orders

  • All customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Orders held due to unpaid customs charges will not be refunded.
  • We do not guarantee live arrival for European deliveries due to variable conditions during transit.
  • Reefphyto Ltd is not responsible for delays or damage caused by customs inspections.

Live Food – Dead on Arrival (DOA) – UK Customers

  • DOA claims must be reported on the day of delivery.
  • Clear photo and video evidence of the unopened packaging is required.
  • If evidence cannot be provided, the item must be returned at the customer’s expense within 24 hours.
  • Claims outside these terms will not be accepted.

Frozen Goods

Frozen goods are non-returnable and non-refundable. Partial thawing during transit does not affect product quality if refrozen immediately on delivery.

Subscriptions

Product and shipping prices may change and will be automatically applied to active subscriptions without notice.

Price

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£ Sterling).
  • We reserve the right to change prices and accepted payment methods at any time.
  • Payments are non-refundable once goods are delivered, unless the product is faulty.

Payment

Prices on the website are current and will not change after your order is accepted.

Delivery & Account Setup

  • We aim to dispatch goods promptly after your order is accepted.
  • "Working days" are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

Liability

Reefphyto is not liable for incidental or consequential damages related to website use or electronic transmission errors.

Disclaimers and Site Content

  • We do our best to maintain accurate website content, but cannot guarantee it at all times.
  • Images are for illustration purposes only. Actual products may vary.
  • Downloading materials from our site is done at your own risk.

Warranty & Returns

  1. We aim to deliver high-quality products. Faulty items may be returned as outlined below.
  2. Products are warranted to be free from defects but not for specific applications unless agreed in writing.
  3. Products are not sold on a trial basis.
  4. Prepay subscriptions (e.g., Mandarin packs) are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
  5. We may accept returns for unwanted items within 7 days, subject to a 10% handling fee. Items must be unopened and in resalable condition.
  6. Faulty items returned within 7 days may be refunded or replaced. “No return” items are excluded from this policy.
  7. Authorised returns must include a Returns Note Number (RNN), which must be obtained by email and marked on the outer packaging.
  8. The customer is responsible for return postage and secure packaging. Proof of postage is not proof of delivery.
  9. Refunds exclude original shipping and surcharge costs.
  10. Live food DOA claims must be reported on the day of delivery.
  11. Some products carry a 12-month manufacturer warranty. You may be referred to the manufacturer for claims.
  12. Courier orders must be reported as missing by 6 PM on the expected delivery date or refunds may not be issued.
  13. Undelivered items must be reported within 5 days. After this, no replacements or refunds will be issued.
  14. If you are unavailable to receive your delivery and the item perishes, no refund will be issued.

Referral Program Terms & Conditions

The Reefphyto Referral Program rewards customers for referring friends.

How to Earn Credit

  • Your friend must sign up using your referral link and place a qualifying first order.
  • Maximum of £500 Reefphyto Credit per account.

Qualifying Orders

Orders must meet the minimum spend and be successfully delivered. Existing customers registering with a new account will not count.

Redeeming Reefphyto Credit

  • Credit applies automatically at checkout.
  • Credit expires 6 months after issue.
  • Credit cannot be used with other offers unless stated.
  • Credit is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.

Referral Limits

  • Only one referral link can be used per referred friend.
  • Referral links must not be posted publicly (e.g., on coupon sites or forums).

Termination & Changes

Reefphyto reserves the right to suspend accounts or cancel the Referral Program at any time due to suspected abuse. Participation implies agreement with the current terms.
