Refund Policy

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in a fully resalable unopened condition. 

Perishable returns should returned within a resalable time (2 days) and in original, undamaged packaging. 

Dry goods returns should be made within a resalable time (7 days) and in original, undamaged packaging.  

If we find that the product has not been returned us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item. 

If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it to us. 

Products we are unable to refund or exchange, We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on any specially ordered or customised products. We will refund your original delivery charge when a product is faulty or damaged, but not when a product is simply unwanted. 

Refunds will be processed within 48 hours from receipt of your returned items  

Cancellation of Order 

If you cancel your order, we will charge a cancellation fee of 20% of the full selling price. 

Delivery of Goods 

Please allow 15 days for delivery of perishable live food & dry goods. 

Royal Mail lost items / goods

Should your order not arrive using the Royal Mail delivery service we do not refund or exchange items lost until after 15 working days. Royal Mail do not consider items lost until after 15 days. 

Courier Service (Next Day)  

Should the customers order not arrive on the expected delivery date via our next day courier service the customer must contact Reefphyto by 6pm that day. Should no contact be made to notify Reefphyto that goods have not arrived on the notified delivery date then Reefphyto reserves the right not refund the goods purchased. Shipping costs for the entire order will not be refunded on any occasion.
