Refund Policy

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in a fully resalable unopened condition. 

Perishable (Live Food) returns should be returned in original, undamaged packaging by the next working day. 

Dry goods returns should be made within a resalable time (7 days) and in original, undamaged packaging.  

Frozen foods are non-returnable & non-refundable

If the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item. 

If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it to us. 

We cannot refund or exchange products; we cannot offer a refund or exchange on any specially ordered or customised products. We will refund your original delivery charge when a product is faulty or damaged, but not when a product is simply unwanted. 

Refunds will be processed within 48 hours from receipt of your returned items.  

Cancellation of Order

We strive to provide our customers with the best possible service and satisfaction. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where you may need to cancel your order.

Cancellation Fees: If you choose to cancel your order after it has been processed and paid for, please note that you will be responsible for any credit or debit card processing fees incurred by us. These fees are non-refundable once the transaction has been initiated.

Refund Process: Upon canceling your order, we will refund the remaining amount after deducting the credit or debit card processing fees. Please allow 2 working days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

Changes to this Policy: We reserve the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

By placing an order with us, you agree to abide by the terms outlined in this refund policy.

Delivery of Goods 

Please allow 15 working days to deliver perishable live food & dry goods. 

Royal Mail lost items/goods.

Should your order not arrive using the Royal Mail or Eri delivery service, we do not refund or exchange items lost until after 15 working days. Royal Mail only considers items lost after 15 working days. 

Courier Service (Next Day)  

If your order does not arrive the day after shipping via our next-day courier service, please contact Reefphyto by 6 PM on the reported delivery date. Due to the perishable nature of the goods shipped, failure to notify us of non-delivery by this time may result in no refund being issued for the purchased goods. Please note that shipping costs for the entire order are non-refundable under any circumstances.

In cases where products are dead on arrival and a refund is approved, a maximum of £8.20 will be refunded, provided our courier service was used as the shipping method.
