As an online-only business, we are following Government advice aimed at preventing the spread of coronavirus and saving lives. This means that we will continue to serve customers in line with the official guidance that "Online and Pet business is still open and encouraged".
The entire Reefphyto team is doing everything they can, day and night, to ensure that you continue to get the high quality service you're used to, even in the current exceptional situation.
Our online store is open for business and we are working closely with our couriers to ensure that your orders are delivered safely and reach you as soon as possible. We are experiencing very high order volumes, Our current advice is that orders may take a few days longer than normal to reach you.
In light of the current situation and in addition to the well-being of our customers and their pets, the health of our team is also a top priority.
We have taken extensive protective measures in our warehouses, while making sure your fish and corals have everything they need.

We will continue to send subscriptions as long as we can receive supplies from our trusted partners and the national transport system still operates then we will continue to fulfill customers orders. If at any time we are unable to fulfill your regular subscription order we will let you know via email.
