When we offer subscription services on a product you will see at the bottom of the product page near the add to cart button the following layout as found in the image below.

Once you have selected the options you require then you can complete the payment process as usual.

Our subscription service bills you automatically for the duration you require to your credit or debit card. You are billed automatically for the number of deliveries you would like how often you would like. Shipping is calculated based on the weight of the item unless is listed as free of course.

Where do I go to change my subscription?

If you have created an account on our website, you can find the "Manage Subscription" link in your account area. Pls see image below.


Changing your subscription.

Effortlessly manage what you receive, when it arrives and the way you pay. Simply login to your dedicated portal from any device.

To add products open your “Subscriptions tab” and click “Add product”. This will open a pop-up where you can search for, view and select additional subscription products from the store to add to your upcoming deliveries.

The customer portal also enables you to reschedule or skip deliveries if you go on holiday

Price changes

Occasionally we make changes to the prices of our products & shipping options, in doing so will automatically update the price of your regular subscription order without notice.

PayPal Express

If you have a subscription item in your basket along with other products then we do not offer the PayPal Express payment option. We only offer debit or credit card payments for subscriptions.

Discount codes are not redeemable on renewable subscriptions
