How to Access Your Portal
There are three ways to reach your subscription management portal. You don't need a customer account to manage your subscription, though having one makes it even easier.

Every subscription email includes a direct link to your portal. Simply click the link in any recent subscription email and you'll be taken straight to your dashboard. Links are valid for 7 days.

If you have a Reefphyto customer account, log in and visit /a/subscriptions/manage to view and manage all your active subscriptions.

Lost your email? Visit /a/subscriptions/login and enter your email address. We'll send you a fresh magic link to access your portal immediately.

Everything you need to know about subscribing to Reefphyto live cultures.
Browse our subscription products and select the live culture you'd like to receive regularly. On the product page, choose the "Subscribe & Save" option, pick your delivery frequency, and complete checkout as normal. Your subscription will be created automatically and your first delivery dispatched straight away.
You're charged automatically on the schedule you selected at checkout. For example, every 2 weeks or every month. Your subscription portal shows your next billing date and upcoming delivery schedule so you always know exactly when to expect your order.
Yes. Log in to your subscription portal and adjust the interval to suit your needs. If your tank's consumption changes or you want deliveries more or less frequently, you can update this at any time.
Absolutely. Your subscription portal allows you to add new products or remove existing ones. If your tank setup changes, perhaps you've added a mandarin dragonet and now need copepods alongside your phytoplankton, you can update your subscription to match.
Yes to both. If you're going on holiday, have plenty of stock, or simply need a break, you can skip your next delivery or pause your entire subscription from the portal. When you're ready, resume with a single click and your deliveries will continue as normal.
You can cancel at any time from your subscription portal. There's no minimum commitment and no cancellation fee. We'd love to keep you, but we believe you should stay because the product is worth it, not because you're locked in.
If a payment doesn't go through, perhaps your card has expired or there's a temporary bank issue, our system will retry automatically. You'll receive an email notification so you can update your payment details in the portal if needed. We recover the vast majority of failed payments without any disruption to your deliveries.
Yes. Subscribers save on every delivery compared to one-time purchase prices. The discount is applied automatically at checkout when you select the subscription option. No discount code needed.
You have three options: click the magic link included in any subscription email (valid for 7 days), log in to your Reefphyto customer account and visit /a/subscriptions/manage, or request a fresh login link at /a/subscriptions/login. You don't need a customer account to manage your subscription.
Log in to your subscription portal and update your shipping address. The change will apply to all future deliveries. If you're moving house or want a delivery sent to a different location temporarily, you can update this as often as you need.
Identical. Every subscription delivery is cultured fresh at our Welsh facility using the same process as one-time orders. We don't batch-prepare subscription orders in advance or use older stock. When your subscription renews, your cultures are prepared and dispatched live, exactly the same as if you'd placed the order manually that day.
Yes. If you cancelled previously and want to start receiving deliveries again, you can reactivate your subscription from the portal. Your previous settings (products, frequency, address) will be restored, so you won't need to set everything up again from scratch.
No. You can subscribe as a guest and manage your subscription entirely through the magic links we include in your emails. However, creating a free customer account gives you direct access to your portal at any time without needing to find an email link.
